PlanMentor provides structured coaching services that are customized for each individual. While we aim to deliver quality support, we understand that needs may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please review the details below before making a purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of your first session. Only unused or partially delivered services are eligible for a refund. Refunds do not apply to completed coaching sessions. Each request is evaluated individually.

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us with your name, contact details, and reason. We may follow up with you for clarification. All refund decisions will be communicated within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Processing Time
Refunds, once approved, are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions. Confirmation will be sent once processing is complete.

5. No Refunds for No-Shows
If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered used. No refund or rescheduling will be offered in such cases. We encourage timely communication to avoid such situations. Rescheduling is possible with 24 hours’ notice.

6. Service Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us before requesting a refund. We are open to feedback and will do our best to resolve concerns. Our goal is to support your journey effectively. Communication helps ensure a better outcome for all.
